Rotokas has been incorporated in spring of 2003 in Sofia, Bulgaria and offers high-quality plastic reservoirs and containers produced by Rotomolding Technology in its facilities in Razgrad, Bulgaria.

Rotokas aims:

  • To deliver wide range of high-quality rotomolded products to Bulgaria, Romania, Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova and Greece.

  • To provide comprehensive services related to rotomolded plastic parts, such as co-operation at design and construction of the part, manufacture of the tools and delivery of ready made products.

Rotomolding Technology

Rotomolding is a modern technology of plastic products manufacture, which uses the raw material (mainly LLDPE) in the form of powder and processes it by use of gravity, heat, tool shape and slow rotation around two axes into hollow, seamless and free of internal stress products, which are with thicker and stronger edges.

Rotomolding is an advantageous technology for low and middle-series products fulfilling the requirements for long-term maintenance-free life while retaining the plastics product manufacture qualities.

Products

Rotokas offers products made by rotomolding technology which are seamless, free of internal stresses, with shape memory and with thicker and stronger edges.


All items offered by Rotokas are made of Polyethylene (LLDPE) which confirms with the requirements of the EU, covering safe use intended for direct food contact, enabling us to offer tanks for storage of drink or sanitary water as well as other food products with appropriate certificates.

Raw Material and Process

Our raw material is Linear Polyethylene, the best material for containers that have to be flexible, resistant to shocks and UV light.

The softening point of LLDPE is reached at 117° C and it is more resistant to impacts than polyester.

Our products can safely be used for food storage as certified by European Community Health Organization.
